“Located just south of Carmel Valley, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath contemporary home with a mid-century modern flare is built with fire resistance and sustainability on the forefront of the design. The owners are industrial designers and were able to work with AGD to design a contemporary home on a lot that was undesirable to many potential buyers due to the slope. The owners worked with the architect to innovate this issue by lifting the home as a raised foundation from the higher portion of the lot. This home was built to celebrate the views of the west, south, and east that overlook the valley as well as live in a home that is elevated at the tree canopy rather than low on the ground which would inhibit any view these homeowners would have.” - Andrew Goodwin Designs
